Q2: Is the sample available?
A:Surely , the samples shall be free to you , but the freight shall be paid by you .
Q3: Can we customize our products and printing package?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM shall be accepted by us , Please kindly send us your samples or drawing or details for starting . then we could follow your artworks and launch your own design products, which is protected by our law if necessary. The samples can be send to you for evaluation before bulking production .
Q4: How long is the lead time?
A: The lead time can be within 20~35days after receipt of the 30% deposit and all printing confirmation .
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: Usually , The payment terms should be 30%T/T before the production and 70%T/T balance before shipping.
Q6:How can you assure your product quality?

Secondly , we have our own QA & QC department for inspection to every details before loading . thirdly , we need the repeated order from your company , the quality & service was most important to us .

Q9: When may I have the price list from you?
A: All response shall be done within 24Hours . the exact price list shall be send to you in time after receipt of your detailed demands .
Q10: Can you provide the sailing or air transporting?
A: We had our logistics department and forwarder ,it was so easy to finish our booking and loading . The loading can be done in our factory if it was one full container , so the damages can be better avoided.
